Events Staff

Job Details

We are looking for dedicated servers and bartenders to join our expanding Catering/Events team. Professionals in this role will need to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food, beverage, our menu, our ingredients, and excellent service. Successful candidates require great teamwork skills, a pleasant friendly attitude, and a strong passion for hospitality and growth. This is an ideal position for someone looking for flexibility in their schedule.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Passionate about hospitality and food and service

  • Have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor

  • Able to understand guests’ needs and coordinate with teammates

  • Assist with food and table prep before the event begins

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including bottled wine

  • Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks

  • Perform job functions with precision, speed, and accuracy

  • Maintain composure and remain calm under pressure, resolve problems using good judgment

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment

  • 1-2 years of similar experience in a similar environment

  • A good understanding of event service, food, wine, beer, and cocktails

  • Current Food Handlers Certificate (preferred)

  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.

  • Valid Driver's License (not required, but preferred)

  • Flexible schedule

 

 

GRill cook

Job Details

The Grill cook is motivated to maintain high culinary standards and to execute dishes to specifications set forth by the company. This is an opportunity to work with live fire cooking in a fast pace environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Professional work ethic 

  • Team player that is willing to learn with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to follow recipes

  • Agility to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner

  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the kitchen.

  • Working as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in order of priority and in the allotted time frame.

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

  • Execute guest food orders in a timely and orderly manner.

  • Ensuring that all food produced is equal to or above the minimum set standards.

  • Ensuring portion control, wastage control, and adhere to par levels for service.

  • Effective communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors

  • Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner 

  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and solve issues.

  • Knowledge of Health Department food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Ability to lift, pull, push, carry up to 30 pounds/ stand for extended periods of time.

  • Have weekend and evening availability.

 

 

Commissary Line Cook

Job Details

Commissary Cooks are responsible for the preparation of batch recipe items such as sauces, dressings, and other items to support multiple profit centers within the business. We seek Team Members with a commitment to upholding quality standards and aim to grow with our brand. 

The line cook is motivated to maintain high culinary standards and to execute dishes to specifications set forth by the Head Commissary Chef. The Line Cook prepares and cooks food in their designated area of the kitchen.
